Position Summary
The Member Services Associate at Crazy Mountain Ranch is responsible for ensuring a wonderful member and guest experience through excellent customer service. This position plays an integral role in the member and guest’s visit by answering questions, provide information about dining, amenities, services, activities, and events ensuring members and their families and guests have a seamless stay at the club.
*Housing at Crazy Mountain Ranch is available upon request. Rent and deposit are required*
Job Duties
- Greeting guests/members with a friendly and sincere welcome.
- Initiates interaction with guests/members to obtain and disperse information.
- Familiarizing and prepares oneself with each day’s arrivals.
- Creates and maintains information on all activities, events, and food & beverage offerings to provide comprehensive, accurate, and timely information to members and guests.
- Creates itineraries for guests/members and prospective members during their visit.
- Interfaces and coordinates with other departments to meet member and guest requests.
- Assist in creating an exceptional guest service culture.
- Continually elevate standards of service to exceed the guests’ expectations.
- Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.
- Ability to work alone during certain parts of the day.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.

Qualifications
- Two years experience in customer service preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must possess a positive attitude.
- High School diploma or the equivalent education.
