Tri-State Water, Power & Air is growing fast, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We have both Customer Support and Inside Sales position available, offering opportunities to match a range of skills and career goals.

What You'll Do (Depending on the Role):

Assist customers over the phone, email, or text message with inquiries about our products and services.
Handle service and maintenance inquiries by clarifying customer needs and scheduling the appropriate appointments.
Respond to product inquiries by explaining benefits and scheduling sales appointments.
Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule routine system maintenance.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
Work proactively to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
