About This Position
Objective:
The Client Care Manager is expected to perform a variety of duties in the area of client services. The Client Care Manager is expected to conduct care consultations and perform quality assurance visits in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all clients through quality assurance (QA) visits, phone call, cards and special events
- Respond to all inquiries for service and schedule care consultations
- Conduct QA visits with clients in person or over the phone according to the QA frequency guidelines
- Conduct follow up as necessary
- Monitor, mediate and document both client and Care Professional activity, and follow up on Care Professional assignments and client service
- Counsel Care Professionals on quality concerns after visiting clients
- Conduct client/Care Pro introductions as scheduled
- Enter and maintain accurate client and Care Pro records
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and Care Pros
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential referral sources
- Participate in on-call rotation
- High school graduation or the equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in senior care field
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
