Enterprise Risk Management Data Analyst in North Liberty, Iowa at GreenState Credit Union

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports the Credit Union’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function focused on promoting a strong risk culture, capabilities and practices, and integration with strategy and performance focused on creating, preserving and realizing value for the organization.

Salary range for this position is $90,593.36 - $105,914.12 with a progressive benefit package.

8. Assist with the development of various ERM-related reporting functions including but not limited to model risk management, risk appetite/tolerance analytics, cross-organizational metrics and credit risk analytics.
9. Assist with the development and management of policy metrics and tracking.
10. Completes other ERM-related activities as directed by the SVP/Enterprise Risk Management.

1. Associate’s degree in a data analytics-related field with a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) preferred.
2. Two to five years of overall experience in credit union or financial institution within a similar role/function.
3. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Good oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to create relationships and is dedicated to service.
7. Ability to work with multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
8. Ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
9. Ability, availability, and willingness to work additional hours as demanded by the workload.
10. Must be bondable.
