Seeking for Junior Contract Analyst, located in Whitestone (Queens), NY.

Annual Salary: $42,500, $23.35/hr., Full-Time Position Available

Position Summary

Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of administrative functions related to the execution and maintenance of City and State contracts, grants, financial reports and budgets.

Essential Functions

  • Provide support with the preparation of monthly and quarterly invoices for NYC & NYS contracts.
  • Assist with the validation, maintenance and organization of personnel action forms, including bi­weekly payroll analysis and allocation verification.
  • Data collection and maintenance of supporting documentation for discretionary awards and grants, performance metrics, allocation verification, annual Agency-wide audit and Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR).
  • Organization, collection, and maintenance of budget and ancillary supporting documents required for government contracts, grants and applications, as well as Agency budgets.
  • Retrieve Health Home and PTAR remittance details; assist with reconciliations as needed.

Experience/Education/Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree and/or similar job experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task with an attention-to-detail
  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel focus
  • Experience with NYC and NYS grant portals preferred
