Outside Sales Representative - Residential Roofing & Re-Roofing

Roof Depot is seeking dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our Florida Residential Re-Roof team! Become part of Roof Depot, a leading company committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, personable, and determined to take advantage of an exciting opportunity within a fast-growing roofing company. A background in customer service and basic knowledge of residential roofing is preferred. As a key member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be to schedule initial appointments and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour + commission
Training: Paid one-week training provided

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation is a must
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person sales presentations (script provided) in line with company guidelines
• Canvas assigned neighborhoods to identify potential clients
• Accurately document all sales activities in the database
• Attend department meetings and stay up-to-date on sales information, products, and industry trends
