Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and manage patient flow
- Coordinate treatment plans, insurance verification, and financial arrangements
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with front office communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Previous dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance terminology and scheduling systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a patient-centered mindset
