About the Role

The Senior Field Foreman will work hands on in the field, supporting daily operations, coordinating subcontractor activities and logistics, monitoring work quality, and helping maintain schedule expectations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient execution, job site organization, and clear communication with the Superintendent team.

Requirements:
  • Support day to day field operations and assist in coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to meet production targets.
  • Lead trade foremen and on site labor teams to ensure high quality, efficient work performance.
  • Monitor daily work progress and communicate field updates, issues, and needs to the Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent.
  • Assist with enforcing jobsite safety protocols; help conduct toolbox talks, safety walks, and site inspections.
  • Perform frequent quality checks to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and Roundhouse standards.
  • Identify field conflicts early and collaborate with the Superintendent team to resolve issues.
  • Assist in maintaining jobsite organization, cleanliness, and logistics flow.
  • Support the creation and execution of daily and weekly work plans.
  • Help track manpower counts, quantities installed, and daily logs; maintain accurate field documentation.
  • Monitor material deliveries, storage, and readiness to ensure trades have needed resources.
  • Serve as a field level liaison between subcontractor crews and site leadership, promoting accountability and teamwork and escalating issues to Superintendent as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the scope and objectives of the role.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily or similar construction.
  • General knowledge of construction sequencing, production flow, and field coordination.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe, clean, and productive job site.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Proven ability to lead field crews and collaborate with subcontractors.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely and take direction from project Superintendents.

Preferred

  • OSHA 10-Hour Certification
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
