ERP Intern at NEWAGE INDUSTRIES INC – Southampton, Pennsylvania

The ERP Intern will be involved in the implantation of a companywide Business Central SaaS solution. This role will contribute to the department by assisting with data transformation and entry, implementation of mobile devices for Manufacturing and Warehousing, and working with end users throughout implementation and beyond. The incumbent for this role is not required to have previous IT work experience, but educational or practical experience is needed. This role is a steppingstone in the field of Information Technology.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from the current ERP into the new ERP
• Work with the hardware team to roll out iPads to the warehouse team
• Manage the test cycle issues to ensure all issues are assigned and progress to a resolution
• Customize the ERP interface to organize the screens, allowing for the most efficient use of the system
• Work with end users to build out permission sets that allow our team members to adequately perform their jobs
• Project Management assistance
• Aid in work instruction writing with department leads
• Resolve day to day support issues through ticketing system

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

· Working or educational knowledge of a business system and relational database

· Basic computer/software troubleshooting skills

· Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
