Tenna is seeking a Junior System Administrator to support our growing team and expanding IT infrastructure. This role is hands-on and highly visible, supporting day-to-day end-user needs while helping maintain secure, reliable systems across a mixed Windows, macOS, and iOS environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who enjoys solving technical problems, learning new platforms, and ensuring teammates have the tools they need to succeed. You will work closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure employees are properly onboarded, equipped, and supported. Your Responsibilities:- Performs computer workstation builds and hardware swaps for both Microsoft Windows 11 and macOS Tahoe-based workstations.
- Performs mobile device configuration and swaps of iPhone (iOS) devices.
- Procures hardware for newly hired employees and ships hardware as required.
- Creates, maintains, and manages all user accounts, including granting licenses and specific user permissions upon request.
- Ensures all newly hired employees have access to the correct software licenses and security permissions.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning, access revocation, and equipment recovery.
- Shadows and leads IT onboarding training for all newly hired employees.
- Provides ongoing end-user technical support to all Tenna employees.
- Oversees and maintains Tennas IT hardware inventory, including laptops, mobile devices, docking stations, and monitors.
- Operates and maintains Automox, JAMF, and Windows Update patch management tools.
- Monitor system and endpoint alerts and respond to routine infrastructure notifications.
- Updates Tennas network and server systems as directed by IT Management.
- Collaborates with IT Management to rapidly resolve issues and support business operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data at all times.
- Ensures continual adherence to Tennas Information Technology Policy.
- Bachelors Degree or Bachelors Degree candidate in the disciplines of Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, or 1+ years of equivalent Information Technology experience preferred.
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Windows 11, macOS Tahoe, and iOS 26 operating systems, Windows Server 2016-2019, and Active Directory Administration. and Microsoft 365.
- 1+ years experience with Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- 1+ years' experience with Automox, JAMF, and Windows Update Server (WSUS) patch management tools.
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, Salesforce SaaS, Linux Server Administration, and Amazon Web Services is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with an IT ticketing or ITSM system, including triage, prioritization, documentation, and escalation practices, is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and other elite business applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-directed, organized, and motivated to accomplish goals.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Positive attitude with strong desire to learn and stay abreast of changes to our platforms.
- Strong active analytical curiosity and creativity, as well as flexible critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Work schedule: In-Person Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.
- Location: New Hope, PA. Must have reliable transportation.
