Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Help with feeding and hydration as directed

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

- Follow care plans and adhere to healthcare protocols

- Support nursing staff with basic medical tasks as permitted by certification

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

- Prior experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Physical stamina and ability to assist with patient mobility

- Knowledge of basic healthcare practices and safety procedures

Be able to pass background check and drug test, also to have CPR training and along with a T.B. test done annually
