Resident Aide in Cochran, Georgia at TSL Cochran LLC

As a member of our Experience Team, you'll provide compassionate, resident-centered care while helping create a warm, engaging, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Encourage independence while providing individualized support based on each resident's needs.
Build meaningful relationships through conversation, activities, games, walks, and companionship.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
Record and report observations, resident care, and vital signs accurately.
Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Follow all community policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care.
