Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office

This particular role will partner with hiring managers to recruit for St. Lawrence Region Emergency Services and Rochester Region training programs.

SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Rochester Regional Health is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for assigned clients under the direction of the Recruiting Manager. They will be responsible for the execution of the identified local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hiring Practice Management. Identify staffing needs; fill staff level positions across the system; lead the creation of a recruiting and interview plan for each open position; develop a pool of qualified candidates and maintain all pertinent applicant data in the applicant tracking system

• External Marketing. Create and/or modify job descriptions; build/utilize social and professional networks to identify and source candidates; post openings in forms of advertisements and other appropriate channels; aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally

• Research & Evaluation. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; research new ways of using online recruitment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year of relevant experience
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior nurse recruitment experience

• Background filling hard to fill roles

• Experience with Workday ATS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• Strong client relations and candidate management

• Previous experience with full life-cycle Recruitment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Energetic, passionate individual with ability to sell the organization

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $63,000.00 - $78,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
