We have an immediate need for Administrative Assistant for the Design & Construction Team. The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) in Albany, NY

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.
Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant
- Provide administrative coordination to ensure projects under the unit proceed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as a liaison with various internal workgroups to provide support with meeting scheduling and coordination to support Design and Construction (D&C) initiatives.
- Support the preparation of reports and process flow charts using a variety of computer applications.
- Support the gathering of information and addressing follow-up questions in result of D&C Bright Idea submissions from general employees.
- Provide administrative assistance by preparing materials, building and maintaining meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting minutes, and following up for completion of action items for timely execution.
- Assist in the development of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Additional duties as assigned to support the Operational Improvement Unit.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications are:
- Organized and process oriented.
- Reliable follow-through.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning Vizio and MS Forms.
- Clear and professional communicator.
- Able to work effectively with diverse populations of people in a team setting yet able to work independently within established guidelines.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
- Professional discretion when handling internal information.

- Compensation: Min $50-,000 - $60,000
- The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
