About This Position
Reports To: Site Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Coordinates activities of instructors engaged in training employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishment in installation, programming, safety, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Other Qualifications
Travel will generally be for training.
2nd Shift, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Mon - Fri – 4 of 6 Saturdays on same schedule.
