Position Title: BBB Intern

Duration: 3 months (Summer)

As an Advertising Fulfillment Intern is a Hybrid opportunity. You will play a vital role in supporting the advertising and fulfillment operations at the Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern IL. This position requires basic Excel skills, and you will receive training on Adobe Analytics to further enhance your capabilities. You will work closely with the Non-Dues Representatives, assisting in the management and communication of advertiser information, preparing and analyzing website statistics, and supporting ongoing fulfillment needs.

Requirements:

· Requirements: Must have basic Excel skills. Training on Adobe Analytics will be provided.

· Monthly Responsibilities:

o Send the list of expiring advertisers to Non-Dues Reps each month.

o Provide stat emails to Non-Dues Reps for expiring contracts.

o Prepare data in Adobe Analytics for the monthly website stat round-up.

o Send the list of new ABs (advertisers/businesses) to reps each month.

· Ongoing Responsibilities:

o Send leads to Non-Dues Reps as they are received.

o Provide stats to Non-Dues Requests upon request.

o Assist reps with past-due collections.

· Special Project: Assist Jaida Ford and Yakira Joyner with the Centennial Better Business Magazine.

This role will give you practical, hands-on exposure to advertising fulfillment processes, analytics, and project support. You will develop your skills in data management, communication, and teamwork, while contributing to key initiatives at the BBB.

Key Qualifications:

· Currently a rising senior undergraduate or first-year graduate student at an accredited college or university in the Chicago area, able to participate in a flexible hybrid work schedule.

· Demonstrated interest in advertising fulfillment, operations, project management, logistics, or related fields, shown through relevant coursework, extracurricular involvement, or previous work experience.

· Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, and able to draw actionable insights from quantitative information.

· Experience with Adobe Analytics or willingness and capacity to quickly learn digital analytics platforms.

· Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in advertising, data-driven marketing, or operations, with a desire to gain practical, hands-on experience that supports future professional ambitions and makes this internship a valuable step toward entering the industry.
