Cazador Property is seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time Onsite Apartment Manager for a 25-unit residential property in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a bilingual (Spanish & English), organized individual seeking light, consistent hours and rent-free housing.

Rent-free 1-bedroom apartment
(Lodging credit value: $931.88)Monthly compensation: $175Manager is responsible for all utilities

Schedule

12.5 hours per weekApproximately 2.5 hours per weekdayPredictable weekday routine

Responsibilities

Perform daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall appearanceCoordinate and report maintenance needs in a timely mannerCommunicate professionally with residents, primarily in SpanishShow and lease vacant units (1 current vacancy)Process rental applications and agreementsMaintain clean, organized, and presentable common areasEnsure residents follow community rules and policiesCollaborate closely with property management for smooth operationsMaintain accurate logs, notes, and communication through AppFolio (experience preferred)

Required Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)Minimum 2 years of onsite apartment management experience within the past 2 years (recent, continuous onsite experience required)Knowledge of Fair Housing regulationsStrong communication and organizational skillsMicrosoft Office proficiency; AppFolio experience preferredReliable, professional, and able to work independentlyNo smoking; manager pet restrictions may apply

Experience and License Requirements

I've at least 2-years of verifiable onsite apartment management experience within the past 2 yearsI am fluent in Spanish and able to communicate clearly with residents and vendors.I have completed Fair Housing Laws training and can apply it in an onsite role.I've direct experience w/ apt. advertising, leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance requests.
