Normandy Farm Hotel & Blue Bell Country Club is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, restaurant kitchens, office spaces, and other facility areas throughout our upscale hospitality property. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and repair skills in a variety of maintenance disciplines, including plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance. Success in this role requires an exemplary work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests and team members. Candidates should take pride in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment that reflects the high standards of our hotel and country club.
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
This is a Full-time position with a full benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Vision and Paid time off.
AM Shift: Sunday through Thursday

Maintenance Service Technician Functions:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, restaurant kitchens, offices, banquet facilities, and common areas.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and guest service requests.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Maintain guest rooms to ensure a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience for hotel guests.
- Repair and replace fixtures, faucets, toilets, lighting, appliances, locks, doors, and other building components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain restaurant kitchen equipment and support food service operations by addressing maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repair techniques.
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair maintenance issues efficiently and safely.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with guests, members, and coworkers.
- Ability to read and understand work orders, operating manuals, and safety procedures.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and uphold the standards of an upscale hospitality environment.
