Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations in our Silver Spring office. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse leader with home health experience who excels in staff leadership, compliance, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations

• Lead and support nursing and clinical staff

• Ensure quality patient care and outcomes

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Support staff training and development

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland

• Minimum 3 years of home health or related experience

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
