Channel Partner Manager at Dozee – Dallas, Texas

We are seeking a Channel Growth Coordinator to support the execution and day-to-day operations of Dozees U.S. channel partner program. This role is ideal for a high-potential professional with experience in healthcare, sales operations, or business coordination who wants exposure to healthcare technology, partnerships, and regulated markets. This is an execution, coordination, and growth role supporting senior leadership as we scale partnerships across healthcare and government markets.

Maintain accurate tracking of channel partners across the pipeline (identified, qualified, contracting, onboarding, deployment)

Coordinate partner meetings, demos, and follow-ups

Prepare weekly pipeline and status reports for leadership

Research prospective partners (SNF operators, MSOs, platforms, government-adjacent organizations)

Compile briefing materials and background summaries

Support structured partner qualification processes

Coordinate partner onboarding and training logistics

Track training completion and readiness milestones

Distribute sales materials, documentation, and enablement resources

Track key partner metrics such as:

o Time-to-first-meeting

o Time-to-first-deployment

o Devices committed vs. deployed

Assist with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation

Flag risks or delays early to leadership

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, operations) to keep partner processes moving

Ensure documentation and onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time

o Healthcare operations experience

o Sales operations or partner coordination backgrounds

o Military, government, or VA-adjacent experience
