Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance
Take and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff
Observe and report resident behavioral or physical changes
Assist with safe transfers, positioning, and ambulation
Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and assist with laundry
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Support a safe and dignified care environment
Document care provided and follow facility guidelines
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Active CNA license in Missouri
Ability to lift 50 lbs and support resident mobility
Strong communication skills
1+ year of experience in memory care or SNF
