• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance

• Take and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff

• Observe and report resident behavioral or physical changes

• Assist with safe transfers, positioning, and ambulation

• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and assist with laundry

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Support a safe and dignified care environment

• Document care provided and follow facility guidelines

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Active CNA license in Missouri

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and support resident mobility

• Strong communication skills

• 1+ year of experience in memory care or SNF
