Payroll Processor at EBS Recruiters LLC – St. Louis, Missouri

Our client is seeking a contract Payroll Processor to support bi-weekly payroll operations in a multi-state environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing for approximately 140 employees. This is a contract role (2-3 months) with potential for a longer-term extension, ideal for someone who can quickly step in, contribute immediately, and provide process improvement insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP for multi-state employees
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
• Review payroll data and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Partner with internal leadership to support payroll operations
• Maintain payroll records and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and workflows

• Experience processing payroll using ADP (TotalSource preferred)
• Experience with multi-state payroll environments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and quickly ramp up in a new environment
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to suggest enhancements
• Reliable and able to work on-site
