What You’ll Do as a Chemical Operator:

• Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment such as reactors, mixers, and filtration systems.
• Measure, blend, and transfer raw materials with precision to ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate batch records and perform in-process quality checks.
• Package products in drums, totes, and other containers according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to support continuous operations.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required protective equipment, and contribute to our strong safety culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a chemical or manufacturing setting (preferred but not required).
• Basic understanding of chemistry (pH, viscosity, exotherm, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs and handling large containers.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
