We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $18.00 per hour.

WE ARE NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio representing 350+ of the top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 markets in the U.S.

Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following)

  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors as they enter and exit the building.
  • Open the door for residents, guests, vendors, etc. as they enter and exit the building.
  • Assist residents with groceries, packages, luggage, and other items as they enter the building, including assistance to their units.
  • Assist residents with securing a taxi and/or other transportation from the front door.
  • Assist at the loading dock with move-ins/outs.
  • Walk the amenity space, ensuring all areas are clean and secure.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Must have an outgoing personality.
  • Must be hospitality-driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests.
  • Must be able to adhere to a work schedule by arriving on time and wearing the proper uniform.
  • Must possess the ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to proactively learn about all events, happenings, restaurants, etc, in the local neighborhood.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet.
  • Professional phone skills.
  • Versed in basic knowledge of concierge duties for desk coverage when the concierge steps away.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
  • Effective communication skills and engaging positively with clients.
