Senior Operations Lead - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Operations Lead - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the strategic narrative while ensuring operational excellence within the executive team. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to deliver high-impact content and seamless logistics for critical meetings, acting as a bridge between various departments and the Executive Office. Your ability to tell compelling stories and transform complex data into clear visuals will support decision-making at the highest level. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organizations strategic direction.
Accountabilities- Craft the company's strategic narrative into executive-ready materials.
- Design high-stakes presentations for board meetings and key events.
- Draft scripts and talking points for leadership communications.
- Prepare and manage logistics for executive leadership meetings.
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders post-meetings.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform executive discussions.
- Align with cross-functional partners to ensure deliverables are met.
- 46 years of experience in Executive Operations or similar roles.
- Expertise in Information Design and data visualization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism and comfort working with C-suite leaders.
- Ability to simplify complex strategies into understandable communications.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
