Position Description:

Set-up and operate various types of deburring and marking equipment under the direction of the area supervisor and /or leader, if applicable.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate various types of deburring equipment, pneumatic tools, Pencil Grinders and Dremel style tools in the area with a minimum of supervision

· Produces at standard and quality levels in accordance with company’s requirements

· Must be able to deburr and mark any part in the area with guidance from higher level deburr operators or area supervisor

· Works to blueprints or sketch requirements when available

· Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc according to company’s policy

· Maintains area, workbenches, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition

· Observe all Company policies rule, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English

· Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches

· Must have demonstrated mechanical ability

· Must be able to maintain close attention to detail and accuracy

· Must be able to manage time effectively

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills
