Location: The Earl of Charlevoix – Charlevoix, MI
Schedule: Evenings (3:45pm-12:00am) | Part-Time | Includes weekends and holidays as needed

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Evening Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys creating great guest experiences, thrives in a hospitality setting, and values a welcoming, team-oriented work environment.

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during their stay

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

• Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and payment processing accurately

• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and area events

• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally

• Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• Bartend in the lobby bar on slower evenings when a bartender is not scheduled

• Prepare and serve beverages responsibly

• Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory

• Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor

• Basic computer and POS system skills (experience with hotel management systems a plus)

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

• Must be at least 18 years old
