• Process and manage payroll ( PAYCHEX PAYROLL) for automotive dealership employees accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings as required.
• Handle payroll inquiries from employees and management professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations affecting the automotive industry.

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
