About This Position
Summary
Under the leadership of the Parkview Employer Solutions Leadership, the Client Relations Specialist is responsible for developing and managing strong partner relationships with the Workplace Wellness or assigned PES team and external clients under the area of responsibility. Serves as the primary point of contact for client accounts following sale, providing end-to-end account management from onboarding and service execution through reporting and invoicing. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Clinic Management, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of wellness services. Builds strategic, long-term relationships with clients by proactively managing expectations, identifying needs, and delivering high-quality service and support throughout the client lifecycle. Manages the execution of Wellness Screening services, oversees incentive reporting and data collection, ensures accurate post-service billing and invoicing, and supports ongoing account needs. Is also responsible for supporting the promotion and utilization of wellness services and/or other PES services and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Uses Outlook, Excel, and the Wellness Portal to manage accounts, track deliverables, and support reporting and invoicing processes. Acts as the primary liaison between client organizations and Parkview Workplace Wellness, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and a positive client experience from start to finish.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
License/Certification
Valid driver's license.
Experience
3+ years relevant experience in marketing, client relations, customer service, relevant clinical care and/or account management. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Other Qualifications
Must display proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills required. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and applications. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills and process improvement techniques
