Under the direction of the Director or VP Patient Care Services - Community Hospital, is responsible for the organization, implementation, development and physician alignment necessary to provide world class patient services, establishing and sustaining a patient-centered focus and through that focus, achieving the administrative, clinical and financial goals established by Parkview Health, and in concert with all Parkview Health partners, physicians and other leadership. Is responsible for operational and clinical areas as assigned.

Education

Must have a BSN from accredited program. Acceptable accrediting agencies are Commission on Collegiate Education in Nursing (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA). MSN from an accredited program preferred.

Licensure/Certification

Valid Registered Nurse License required for the State where services will be provided. Must have current CPR certification.

Experience

Must have five years progressive clinical experience in health care field; 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.

Other Qualifications

Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
