Role Overview

As a Weekend Youth Sports Coach, you will lead organized sports sessions for children ages 18 months through 12 years. Each session follows a defined instructional framework that supports skill development and group engagement.

Schedule Details

Location: Rye, New York area
Weekend only position
Saturday and or Sunday mornings
Hours between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm
No weekday shifts
Programs may be held indoors or outdoors depending on facility and season

Compensation

$18 per hour
Hourly, non-exempt position

Responsibilities

Lead organized classes, clinics, or league sessions for young athletes
Deliver instruction using established session plans
Maintain clear group management and consistent supervision
Prioritize safety at all times
Handle equipment setup and breakdown each shift
Accurately complete attendance and required reporting
Communicate professionally with parents and program leadership
