Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Summer Youth Baseball Coaches in Floral Park and Elmont, NY for camps located at Averill Boulevard Park in Nassau County.

Our coaches help create an engaging camp environment where campers develop baseball skills, confidence, and friendships.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with daily baseball drills and skill instruction

• Supervise campers ages 413 during camp activities

• Encourage teamwork and positive attitudes

• Support camp games and competitions

• Promote safety and sportsmanship

Requirements

• Baseball or softball background preferred

• Experience working with children

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation: $17.25$23/hr
