Outside Sales - Eugene, OR at A-1 Coupling & Hose – Eugene, Oregon

As a Outside Sales at TIPCO Technologies, you will serve as an outside sales representative responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory. This role requires consistent field presence, face-to-face customer engagement, and strategic prospecting to deliver focused, flexible solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the customer base by providing tailored solutions for their business needs and provide consistent follow-up.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities including understanding customer need and providing solutions.
• Develop strong supplier relationships, attend training courses and partner with suppliers on leads.
• Communicate regularly with management on sales goals, market trends, challenges and opportunities Review all accounts,
• Strive to consistently maximize profitability by utilizing programs and promotions.
• Maintain and develop professional/technical knowledge and serve as a technical resource for others both internally and externally. Attend training, and work with suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Work Environment
