Help at Health Ent – Hall, England

I'm currently looking to hire a casual "Help" to join our team in St Magnus. Our business is located at Hall, England DN11 9HH, and we are excited to welcome a new team member who is enthusiastic about helping others and contributing to our success.

As a Help, your main role will be to assist our customers with any questions or issues they may have. This could involve helping them navigate our products or services, troubleshooting technical problems, or providing general information about our business. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential.

In addition to assisting customers, you will also be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients. This may involve following up with customers to make sure their needs have been met, handling complaints or feedback, and working with other team members to address any issues that arise.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in a customer service role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.
