Pool Server at Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key – Clearwater Beach, Florida

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Pool Server to provide excellent service to all customers at our fantastic outdoor pool bar and grill, Kokomos. The Pool Server enjoys creating a first class experience on our pool deck with a passion for people, fun, and delicious food and beverages.

The Pool Server will:

• Work closely with all team members contributing to a positive work environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, bar and grill, hotel and surrounding area
• Understand and utilize the steps of service
• Accurately take orders, confirm special requests and upsell
• Inspect all food and beverage for accuracy and presentation before delivering
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction responding proactively to any customer needs
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment
• Operate with a clean as you go and pre-buss work ethic
• Complete all opening and closing side work
• Previous high volume and fine dining experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
