Inside Sales Representative in Moncton, New Brunswick at Kerr Controls

Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Moncton, NB location.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, where you’ll put your computer skills and attention to detail to work in order entry, paperwork completion, and customer follow-up. In this role, you’ll also build strong relationships with dedicated customers, providing ongoing support and assisting with a variety of projects to help them succeed. What you bring to the team:

· HVAC product knowledge and previous Inside Sales experience is required

· Must possess intermediate computer skills

· Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for order entry

· Ensure accurate and thorough completion of all paperwork

· Adhere to safe and efficient work practices

· Maintain diligent follow-up on tasks and customer needs

· Exhibit a strong passion for helping customers succeed in their businesses

· Willingness to participate in both technical and professional training

· Must maintain an exceptionally positive and enthusiastic attitude
