Service Technician in Jonesboro, Arkansas at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Jonesboro

• Diagnose and repair hot tubs, swimming pools, and related equipment (pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems).
• Perform regular maintenance, water testing, and chemical balancing.
• Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Deliver and install pool/spa parts and accessories.
• Educate customers on equipment operation and basic care.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Work with the service manager to schedule and complete jobs efficiently.

• Mechanical, plumbing, or electrical background preferred (training available).
• Pool/spa industry experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
