Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Orthopedics

Sport Ortho is currently is seeking a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude.

Within the Sport Ortho model, our providers work together daily to provide comprehensive orthopedic care including on-site medical imaging, regenerative medicine, manual therapy, sports medicine, and physical therapy services.

Medical specialties:

• Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine

Licenses or certifications:

• PA or NP Tennessee State License
• NCCPA or AANP Board Certification
• Active DEA License
• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Experience:

• working as an APP in Orthopedics or Urgent Care Clinic: 1 year (Required)
