Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
  • Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies and stationery as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff and visitors.
  • Handle courier and logistics services (incoming/outgoing).
  • Maintain records and files physical and digital – in an organized manner.
  • Assist with organizing internal events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance (electricians, housekeeping, AMC vendors, etc.).
  • Support HR/Admin with onboarding arrangements (ID card, desk allocation, etc.) for new employees.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to office safety and cleanliness protocols.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration or related field).
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or front office role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
