Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director to lead and support a portfolio of approximately 12–15 stores across the Southeast Region, including Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and talent development while ensuring exceptional customer service and consistent execution of company initiatives.
The Regional Director serves as a strategic business leader, partnering closely with executive leadership to execute regional growth strategies, develop high-performing teams, and build a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
What You'll DoDrive Business Performance- Lead the overall sales, profitability, and operational performance of assigned stores.
- Execute regional and company strategies to achieve and exceed financial goals.
- Establish and foster a strong sales culture through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
- Analyze market conditions, competitive trends, and business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics and take proactive action to improve results.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and future leaders.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and talent development.
- Empower Store Managers to operate their businesses with autonomy while maintaining company standards.
- Lead teams through change and promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, customer service, safety, merchandising, and team performance.
- Ensure consistent execution of company programs, initiatives, and operational standards.
- Review staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Maintain a high level of sales and service readiness across all stores.
- Support safety compliance and operational best practices throughout the region.
- Champion exceptional customer experiences across all locations.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate service levels and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Build relationships with key customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations or a regional business unit.
- Minimum of 4 years of successful Store Manager experience, including operational management responsibility in a wholesale environment with annual revenues exceeding $10 million.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated success driving sales growth and profitability.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel 50–75% throughout the assigned region, including overnight travel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience developing and executing strategic business plans.
- Knowledge of regional markets and competitive landscapes.
