Job Description:

ELLKAY is seeking a senior product, business, and people leader to drive our next evolution of Healthcare Enterprise Data Management

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

BASE | Document and deliver CommonWell platform requirements, member migration, and scaling

GROWTH | Develop and Execute Strategic Growth Roadmap for CommonWell, including identified use cases, customer segments, AI, and automation

FUTURE | Explore growth and rationalization opportunities related to TEFCA, QHIN, HIE, and other network models

Key Activities:

  • Execute operational plan for CommonWell
  • Develop and Execute Quarterly Roadmap Delivery
  • Drive delivery of release documentation and executive communications
  • Hit growth and profitability targets for CommonWell Business P&L
  • Drive strategic alignment and executive relationships with internal and external Member and Partner Stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Expertise with QHIN, TEFCA, HL7, FHIR and legacy interop concepts
  • Expertise with Roadmap Development, Delivery, and Target Attainment
  • Expertise with Talent acquisition and leadership Development
  • Experience with portfolio and application rationalization
  • Experience with Unit Economic Models and Contribution Margin Delivery
  • Exposure to clearinghouse and interchange models
  • Exposure to P&L and Business Unit Management
  • Exposure to AI and agentic data mapping and standardization models

How to Stand Out:

  • Prior experience building an Interoperability product, network, marketplace, clearinghouse, and/or HIE with a Health IT vendor, health system or health insurer
  • Experience managing Interoperability, Headless, and/or API-based products
  • Deep or unique experience in one or more customer segments: Lab, Health System, Data, Payer, EMR and/or HealthIT Vendor
  • Direct Experience with CommonWell, CareEquality, or another QHIN
