About this role:

The Corporate Services Specialist performs the day-to-day operational activities and office services throughout the branch location.


In this role you will:
  • Support the Bank’s “People First” focus and rules of engagement—maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB “A Better Place to Be”.
  • Ensure that all communications with employees and clients are positive. If problems are encountered escalate the matter to the Corporate Services Supervisor and assist with follow-up as required.
  • Assist with scheduled deliveries and pick-ups for departments and branches and address unscheduled or urgent requests.
  • Perform office services including processing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries; managing supply distribution, storage, and ordering; and general facilities upkeep.
  • Ensure all mail and deliveries are properly tracked and recorded.
  • Maintain all Courier vehicles in a safe and sound manner when used.
  • Assist with vendor management as related to facilities: coordinate with outside vendors; monitor service calls; and follow up on open items as directed by the Corporate Services Supervisor.
  • Assist Head of Corporate Services with daily administrative needs.
  • Back up couriers as needed.
Must haves:
  • Strong “People First” interest and ability.
  • Excellent driving record
  • Basic knowledge of regulations with regard to facilities and safety.
  • Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs
