Wash Dry Fold Specialist-803 in Houston, Texas at Laundry-4U LLC

Laundry-4U is looking for an energetic person to ensure that every customer that comes to our store has a wonderful experience. We are a family-owned business that is aiming to improve the experience of doing laundry for all our customers.

Our Wash Dry Fold Specialist will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting customers when issues arise, performing wash and fold service for customers, and performing cleaning duties throughout the day. Laundry-4U is open 24 hours and ready to serve customers!

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Proven customer service experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong proven technology skills and ability to troubleshoot common iPad issues.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, bilingual is a plus.
• Maintain the store by following appropriate cleaning procedures.
• Consistently provide Wash and Fold services at the Laundry-4U Standard.
• Assist with Wash and Fold collection and distribution. Other duties as assigned.

Language

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Retail/Customer Service: 8 months
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Communication skills
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work independently.

Shift Times

• Current: 10AM-6PM
• Shift times are expected to be: 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM- availability for both shift times is required.

Salary

• Starting pay: $10/hr
• Pay increase to $12/hr upon certification as a WDF Specialist, as long as WDF services are available.
