• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing installations, replacements, and service repairs
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships
• Complete job documentation using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Follow all plumbing codes and safety standards

• Current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License
• Residential and commercial plumbing service experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
