- Analyze and review direct billing processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
- Prepare and generate client invoices accurately and ensure they are issued within required timelines.
- Review billing information and identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies requiring resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Analyze billing data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall process performance.
- Support the development, documentation, and implementation of billing policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives designed to strengthen financial controls and streamline billing operations.
- Maintain accurate financial and billing information while applying appropriate attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in billing analysis, finance, accounting, or a closely related function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records and billing information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency with billing software, financial analysis tools, and related business systems.
- Ability to interpret billing and financial data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- A proactive, self-directed approach and willingness to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Full-time, remote position within the United States.
