  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, coaching, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Use approved AI tools to support high-value work while reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and potential errors.
  • Protect confidential and personally identifiable information by following established data governance and AI usage requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing regulatory requirements, sensitive information, and customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working under time constraints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and consistently follow established rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed when handling high-stress or challenging conversations over the phone.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new processes, technologies, and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and continuously develop expertise.
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information is preferred.
  • Previous experience managing difficult conversations or communicating unfavorable decisions is preferred.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing or property management industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Ability to use company-approved GenAI tools effectively and critically assess AI-generated outputs.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including protecting proprietary and personally identifiable information, is preferred.
  • Candidates must be located in Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Texas, North Carolina, or Florida.

Benefits:
