Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to established recipes and quality standards

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet guest expectations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Support special event catering and menu development as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cook or culinary professional, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
