As part of our growth journey, we’re expanding our inside sales team and seeking a passionate, customer‑oriented sales professional to help extend our reach and impact.
We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to support our growing Flow & Cell Analysis business. In this role, you will serve as a key commercial support partner to Sales Specialists, Field Application Specialists (FAS), Marketing, and Customer Service teams to help drive customer engagement, pipeline development, and operational excellence across the commercial organization.
The Inside Sales Representative will support lead management, customer follow-up, opportunity coordination, CRM management, quoting activities, and outbound business development initiatives. This role plays an important part in ensuring timely customer engagement, maintaining commercial process discipline, and supporting growth across our portfolio of flow cytometry instruments, reagents, kits, and related solutions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced commercial environment supporting academic, industry and government customers.

Commercial Support & Customer Engagement
- Support Sales Specialists and Field Application Scientists with customer follow-up, opportunity coordination, and commercial activities across assigned regions.
- Execute outbound calls, email campaigns, and virtual customer outreach to support lead qualification, customer engagement, and pipeline development.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and ensure timely routing and follow-up of customer requests.
- Coordinate meetings, demonstrations, evaluations, and commercial follow-up activities with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Build professional relationships with scientists, lab managers, purchasing contacts, and distribution partners.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, opportunities, activities, and follow-up actions in CRM.
- Support opportunity tracking, quote coordination, and pipeline management activities across the commercial organization.
- Assist with lead routing, opportunity assignment, and commercial reporting processes.
- Help maintain commercial process discipline and support forecasting activities through accurate CRM documentation.
Business Development & Account Support
- Support outbound prospecting initiatives and targeted customer engagement campaigns.
- Identify potential expansion opportunities within existing accounts and assist with cross-functional account development efforts.
- Support reagent and consumable growth initiatives through customer follow-up and account engagement activities.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and commercial programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Field Applications, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to support a positive customer experience.
- Escalate customer issues appropriately and assist in coordinating timely resolution.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of commercial processes, customer engagement workflows, and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences.
- 0-2 years of experience in life sciences, commercial support, inside sales, customer engagement, laboratory operations, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience supporting commercial teams within the life sciences or scientific instrumentation industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with flow cytometry, cell analysis, immunology, or related research applications.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience supporting quoting, pipeline management, or lead management processes.
- Previous experience in customer-facing or commercial coordination roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented commercial organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple ongoing activities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and supporting a dynamic commercial organization.
