Marketing Coordinator - hybrid role
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives across a portfolio of multifamily properties. This role manages digital marketing campaigns, pricing and leasing promotions, vendor coordination, website updates, print collateral, and budget tracking to maximize property performance and occupancy goals. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with Revenue Management, Leasing, Asset Management, and third-party advertising partners to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive traffic, leases, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Assistin the development and execution of marketing strategies for a multifamily property portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Revenue, and Leasing to provide property-specific “Good, Better,Best” marketing recommendations based on performance metrics and market conditions.
- Coordinate campaign execution from concept to launch, including budget management, graphic creation, project timelines, and vendor communication.
- Work with digital advertising agencies to ensure successful implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Track, manage, and defend marketing budgets and strategies during presentations to Asset Management teams.
Leasing Promotions & Pricing
- Set up leasing specials and promotional offers within Yardi Voyager.
- Publish and distribute leasing specials to property websites and advertising feeds.
- Coordinate and implement pricing changes across properties as directed by Revenue Management.
Website & Digital Presence Management
- Maintain and update property websites using site editor tools.
- Manage andoptimizeGoogle Business Profiles (GMB) for all properties, ensuringaccurateand up-to-date information.
- Monitor online presence and ensure consistency across all digital platforms and listing services.
Renewal & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor property renewal percentages and occupancy trends.
- Identifyunderperforming renewal metrics and communicate findings to the Director of Marketing, Revenue, and Leasing.
- Recommend and coordinate renewal incentives or specials when necessary.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage Internet Listing Service (ILS) contracts, including setup, renewals, start/end dates, and ongoing tracking.
- Coordinate with signage vendors todeterminesignage placement, sizing, artwork, and project completion timelines.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Print & Creative Production
- Create and coordinate print marketing materials including business cards, flyers, brochures, and direct mail campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital marketing assets.
