Position Summary
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property's curb appeal, cleanliness, and overall appearance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Assist with landscaping, seasonal upkeep, and exterior lighting.
• Respond to resident requests and report safety concerns.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
• Assist with painting, apartment make-readies, and other maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
